Starting a Gratitude Journal

Thanks to Saif of www.asksaiful.com for blogging about the necessity of keeping a gratitude journal.

Previously, I’ve tried to take the shortcut telling myself that I am capable of expressing gratitude everyday even without being prompted. But truth is, sometimes I get too preoccupied with other things that it’s easy to not fulfill this part of my duty.

By keeping a written gratitude journal, I’ll be able to work on feeling grateful every day. And like Saif mentioned, being grateful puts you in the same vibration as the universe thus attracting you more like events/things into your life.

I’ve began writing in my gratitude journal today and found that I had plenty to be grateful for just this week. I feel truly blessed.

  1. I’m so honored to be mentioned here! Thanks Rina!

It definitely does bring like events to you doesn’t it? When I said magical things happened to me the moment I wrote them down, I wasn’t exaggerating..

They did happen AT THAT MOMENT!

    BAM! BAM BAM!

1 thing I like to point out though… After a while I tend to look at material things to give Gratitude for, but the more important things are the ones that are priceless like your son hariz…

  4. Yah lah, Rina.

Counting our blessings is always good.

I too keep a journal and try to write 3 things daily. Sometimes I miss.

BTW, this Saif’s site is really great. Thanks for pointing it out.
