Happy New Year - 2008!!!

The new year 2008 has arrived leaving behind year 2007, a year filled with many memories, progress and new beginnings for me. I woke up this morning and told myself, I must start a new chapter in life. I must become a new, better person for me and for my loved ones.

My husband and son are napping as I write this. This morning we’d gone for a stroll at a lakeside park nearby our place. It was still rather early in the day, yet we see many families, couples and individuals making the rounds - jogging/power-walking. It felt great to be a part of it!

It was only yesterday that I told myself I wanted to take care of my health more by getting the appropriate exercise my body needs. I read somewhere that power-walks are better than running because it causes less strain on your muscles. I had been thinking of getting friends together for half and hour after office to do that. It’s funny how when you intend to something good, the universe offers it’s hands by leading you to it. My husband surprised me this morning by offering to take us to the park - we’d barely just woken up. So I was really rejoicing! And the walk did the three of us alot of good. I love the morning sunshine and it felt good to exercise my joints.

Aaahh.. the new year… I have alot planned. After finishing this entry, I shall sit down to review my financial budget/planning. I want to be financially free - and soon!

The Decision

Hello people! It’s the holiday seasons and most of you are probably away on long vacations already. But if you do get a chance to drop by my site (in which case you are reading this entry!), I’d like to announce my decision on blogging. That is whether to blog on both existing blogs (this current one and my blogger blog) or just focusing on one (since both practically have the same niche). So here it:

I’ve decided to go solo on this - meaning I shall once and for all leave my old blog behind (except maybe to do PPP articles - that PPP thought just entered my mind). Other than that I am burying my head deep into AzrinaAznan.com (heck it has my name on it all-over!). This blog is now officially both my personal and professional blog. It just feels right that way (also for my readers’ convenience so you wouldn’t have to be flipping back and forth between my two blogs).

I’ve also decided to share with all of you my past, present and probably future success/achievements. I’ll be adding a new page for that soon. This is like a tribute to myself as well as to others who have helped me achieve those small (?) victories.

Phew! I’m glad I got all that written down. I’ve been mulling over it since last night and each time what Brian Tracy mentioned in one of his lectures kept playing in my head:

“You have to be all that you are. No one is better than you. You are unique. What you are is special. Never try to be different from who you are. Be the very best of you that you can be..”

Ok, so he may have not said it in the above sequence (that’s just me shortening and rearranging it so that it sounds like he’s speaking directly at me!) but you get the message. I’ve realized that when I started out with this blog, I’ve been really cautious and too meticulous about what I should write. And all that just cramped my writing. So I’m just going to let it loose and at the same time hopefully make my blog more readable and attractive (?). Hmm.. I’m going to need to spread the news about my new blog url (not that I have a huge fan base or anything like that - but hopefully I will in time to come - it’s nice to have your works recognized. In this case my writing. But I’m not pleading for recognition either. (why am I talking in brackets?)).

Therefor, if you’re my existing friend or you want to get acquainted with me, by all means please, do link your blog/website to mine. I shall be doing my best to provide my people readers with valuable and worthwhile reading material. Thanks everyone!!

Brand New Site!

Hi everyone!

Welcome to my brand new dot com site!

Ahh..alas.. I have a site named after me now. Fancy that! I shall still keep my old blogger though since it holds sentimental values which are very dear to me (it’s gone through several makeovers all these years). Afterall, it was through my old blog that I introduced to my friends a fantastic program, namingly ‘Success University’!

Through my vibrant new site… I shall continue to babble on about personal development, success, financial freedom plus my dreams, my visions, my goals. I am commited to a life time of learning and through constant aquirance of new knowledge I shall self-direct myself into becoming a personal development expert.

So read and become an expert. Read and become RICH!
